 I would like to request from your good office  for a certificate  of Nullity  of Void  Marriage , The attorney who handled the case was Atty. Melinda Lachica-Follosco under San Fernando La Union  RTC Judge Alpino Florindo Branch 30. The case was Mildred L. Villaveja  VS Dan August I. Santos .
