Hi! I would like to kindly request the following information:

1. The total number of annulment and nullity cases filed from January 1, 2000, to December 31, 2021

2. The number of these annulment and nullity cases in number one that reached and were decided by the Supreme Court.

3. The case profiles with decisions (number of cases granted/ granted with modification/denied, etc. from number two) of the annulment and nullity cases decided before the Supreme Court.

4. The General Register # to read the entire text of the case for thesis.

Marriage Cases per Year (2009 - January 2022) and it is, now, available online. You may retrieve your requested information from link below:

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Office of the Solicitor General 134 Amorsolo St., Legazpi Village, Makati City.
