Martinez vs. Jose Mari D. Tinsay III) for declaration of Nullity of Marriage, and that no appeal or Motion for Reconsideration has been filed in opposition to the decision of RTC San Carlos City, Pangasinan

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2021 02:23:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request: Certificate of receipt of documents and non-filing of Appeal/Motion for Reconsideration.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of some of the information you requested.

The OSG received a copy of the RTC Decision dated September 28, 2020 in the case entitled "CZARINA CHERIZZE C. MARTINEZ –VS– JOSE MARI D. TINSAY, III" with Civil Case No. 4650 on December 1, 2020. You may request for the Certification at the Ground Floor of OSG Building in 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati.

Kindly note that NO motion for reconsideration or appeal was filed in this case.
