Hi,

I wanted to ask for help if anyone is able to give an update on the case of declaration of nullity of marriage between Jerik b. Estella and Nina Monria Ava M. Perez. Last update was it was forwarded back to Sol Gen last year 2017  after RTC made a decision.

Thank you for your request dated Aug 28, 2018 01:52:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request for a copy of the RTC's Decision was successfully granted and acted upon on 18 September 2018. Please note also that a copy of the requested RTC Decision was like wise attached to the OSG's Appellant's Brief which we furnished to your counsel.

To update you of your case, Please note as well that the Supreme Court has rendered its Decision (in 2021) and issued an Entry of Judgment in your case (Declaration of Annulment of Marriage).
