Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have some of the information you have requested. However, "  On January 21, 2021, we received your email requesting the current status of the above captioned case. Upon review of the records, it shows that on November 19, 2020, the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) received the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Decision dated September 2, 2020." per reply letter of handling lawyer's secretary.

Your right to request a review
