RTC Branch 24, ordered last Feb 10,2023 declaring the marriage NULL And VOID AB INITIO on account of respondents psychological incapacity to perform the essentials of marital obligations pursuant to Article 36 of the Family Code of the Philippines.

The Certificate of Finality/Decree regarding Annulment of Marriage is issued by the Court where the case was filed. Please contact the Court where the case was filed to get said Certificate.

In case or perhaps what is required is the certification from the OSG on the receipt of the Decision or Order regarding the case, please visit our WEBSITE for the procedure in acquiring the said certification.
