Hi! I'm Mary Abejero, part of Phil. Railway Sector Industry
I would like to request the ff:
1. Transport Security Regulations (TSRs)
2. National Security Program for Rail System and Infrastructure
3. Security manual/master plan or program w/c prescribes the rules and regulations for the efficient and safe operation of all transportation systems, (E.g., standards for security screening procedures)
4. Security and safety standards for all transportation system
Or any related document which can be helpful in design and formulation of requirements/SOP in Public Transportation such as Railway.

National Transportation Security Programs and its special components are classified as Sensitive Security Information. As such, the distribution of the National Security Program for Rail System and Infrastructure (National Land Transportation Security Program) and its components shall be based on, and limited to those in the updated list of stakeholders. 

A written request for inclusion in the list may be done, subject to the determination  by the concerned Service/Division of the OTS.
