Hi, I would like to request information transparency regarding the cost of the budget used in Malabanias bridge 'Construction'.

According to tribune.net various facebook posts, the bridge costed a Whopping P30Million which took 5 months of total downtime and work. 

I really find it questionable and unfair that a very small bridge that is hardly the length of a 10-wheeler truck would cost 30million Pesos and even take 5 months and still disappoint in the final product. 

for comparison, a fully furnished 2-story house in Pulo amsic costs 11Million pesos
