Hi!Good morning VP I would like to request for assistance for dialysis patient named, Manny A. Aljecera 49, male. He was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 Secondary to Diabetic Nephropathy,HCVD,DM Type 2 and started 2x a week dialysis last September 23, 2022 as Outpatient at Maayo Medical Mandaue City Cebu. dialysis alone was around Php53,760.00 exclusive of his maintenance medications amounting to at least Php15,000.00/ month. My family is asking for your help to sustain the medication due to limited source of income and expensive cost of dialysis. Thank you very much &God Bless
