Dios mrhay na aldaw po. Madam Vice President Leny Robredo,                                  Ako po si Anna Lyn P. Raymundo, isang punong guro sa isang public school dito po sa Antipolo City  kasama po ng buong pamilya ko na lumalapit po sa inyo upang humingi ng tulong ng pangbayad po sa hospital bills ng aking asawa na si Manolito B. Raymundo 59 yrs old isang PWD po sa dahilang COVID, postive po. Napaka laki na po ng bill namin. Wala po kaming kakayanan na makabayad po sa hospital. Madam VP, tulungan nyo po kami. Maraming salamat po. God bless
