Good day, VP Leni Robredo and Staff. 

Ako po pala si Junnil Ybañez, anak ni Floyd Ybañez na kasalukuyang naospital dito sa Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue dito sa Cebu, nadiagnose si papa ng Bladder Cancer, stage 4. 

Nandito po ako ngayon, nagbakasakali pong humihingi kami tulong po sa inyong tanggapan na sanay mapalitan na po ang mga nephrosthomy tubes ni papa at matransfer na din sa pampublikong ospital para sa agarang paglunas ni papa. Dahil lamang po sa kakulangan ng pera, di agad masosolusyonan tong problema namin po. Sanay matulungan niyo po kami mahal na bise-presidente. Salamat po!
