Good day, 
    I am Jocelyn Ymas, a single-mom to a ten children. I would like to seek a medical assistance for my son who is currently admitted at the neuro ward charity of UERM due to spinal cord problems. His diagnostics is currently undergoing and we really need financial help to continue the procedures or lab tests that needs to be done.
