Hello Ma’am Vice President,

Sana po ay mabigyan ninyo kami ng tulong para sa tatay ko. May type 2 diabetes po siya at may tuberculosis din po. Hindi po namin kayang mabili ang mga kinakailangan niyang gamot dala ng hindi po siya nakakapagtrabaho dahil may sakit po siya. Gamot lamang po ang aming kailangan, sana po ay matulungan ninyo kami. Maraming maraming salamat po.
