Hi Vice Pres,

I am Esther Jane Orivida, I am sending this request to ask help on my brothers medical bills. I can provide proof of hospitalization and Billing Statement. Please help to get out my brother on the hospital He has a water on his chest but it is ok now. The doctor recommended that we cure him on our house but we cant discharged him because we don't have enough money to pay the bills. Please help my family. Thank you
