Magandang hapon po. Ako si michelle ubaldo na magbabakasakali po makahingi ng tulong sa inyo . Ang anak ko pong si iorie trowa ubaldo justiniano ay may undescended testes at inguinal hernia . At hindi pa po kami mabigyan ng schedule ng opera dahil sa wala po kaming kakayahan na magpresinta ng pondo pra sa operasyon nya na ngkakahalagang 31 thousand pesos po. Pasyensya na po at hiling ko ang inyong pangunawa
