Maganda ang araw po!

Ako po si Jeric A. Del Valle 26 years old. Nakatira sa Lucena City Quezon
Nanghinge po ako ng tulong sa aking para po maoperahan ako. 
ako po ay may RHD simula pa po nung 9 years old ako. 
Dahil po sa kahirap ay hndi po namin agad naipagamot ang aking kalagayan. 

Nagpapabalik balik na po ako sa ospital dahil sa heart attack. 
kaya sana po ay matulungan nyo akong maoperahan agad. at yun lng po ang ang tanging solusyon para gumaling na po ako.
