Hi, I would like to request for financial assistance for my father's hospital bill. He is a dialysis patient and he had complications while undergoing his dialysis treatment last week that's why he is currently confined at NKTI. He can't be discharged yet because his condition is currently unstable. He also got pulmonary disease which makes it difficult for him to breathe and he is currently being treated in the hospital. Our bill is increasing and we cannot afford anymore to pay everything on our own. We are hoping that your office would grant our request. Thank you.
