Ako po ay na diagnosed sa sakit na Breast Cancer Stage II-B at kinakailangang sumailalim sa Chemotherapy sessions at sa gamutan ng limang taon. Ako lang po ang kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho sa aming pamilya, dahil ang aking pong asawa ay namatay na sampung taon na ang nakalilipas. 

May trabaho naman po ako pero hindi sapat at kulang ang aking kinikita para sa aming pangangailangan sa araw-araw. Ako po ay sumusulat dahil hindi ko na po kayang suportahan ang aking pang-chemotherapy at ang daily maintenance. Humihingi po ako ng tulong pang-medical assistance. Sana po ay inyo po akong matulungan.
