Hi,
My name is Ma. aleli adorza, I would like to ask your good office for a financial assistance for my father that needs to undergo a dialysis. 

He is currently admitted at Rizal Medical Center in bagong ilog pasig. 

I'm the only one working for our family and currently I have no more funds left to sustain or to provide for his dialysis. 

I hope you can help me. 
I can provide all necessary documents if needed.

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3).
