Good day, 
    I am Jocelyn Ymas, a single-mom to a ten children. I would like to seek a medical assistance for my son who is currently admitted at the charity neuro ward of University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital due to spinal cord problems. His diagnostics is currently undergoing and we really need financial help to continue the procedures or lab tests that need to be done. I am hoping that this message will be noticed and thank you for your kindness. May God bless you always.
