Isang mapagpalang umaga po. Ako po si Florita Historia, taga Makati  lumalapit po ako sa inyo para sa aking ama na may karamdaman sa bato, sa ngyon po ay nakalabas na po siya ng hospital,  ngunit kailangan malagyan ng fistula para sa kanyang lifetime dialysis. 68 years old na po si Tatay marami na rin po siyang kumplikasyon, diabetic, pneumonia at meron din po sa baga.Kami po ay kumakatok sa inyong puso na naway mabigayn po kaming tulong pinansiyal. Nais lang po namin madugtungan ang buhay ng aming ama. Maraming Salamat po. Patnubayan po kayo ng Poong Maykapal.
