My cousin is recently diagnosed with Status Epilepticus Secondary to Autoimmune Encephalitis. I would like to ask for assistance and any LGUs/NGOs that can help and support the medical needs of my cousin who is currently admitted here in Rizal Medical Center. What are the requirements needed? Where do we submit the documents?
