Magandang Araw po sa inyo, Ako ay si Adrian D. Arnante 31 taong gulang dumudulog at lumalapit po na sanay matulungan niyo po ako sa aking araw araw na suliranin andito po ako para humingi po ng tulong para po sa akong mga gamot. Ako po ay may 3 taon na pong nagda dialysis ako po ay onadiagnos ng end stage ckd 5 na sakit. Sa kasalukuyan po ay wla po akong trabaho ako po ay humhingi lang po ng tulong sa aking mga kamag anak pero minsan po ay di sapat sana po ay mabasa niyo at dinggin po ang aking hiling . Aasahan ko po ang inyong pagtugon. Maraming maraming salamat po. Mabuhay po kayo.
