Good day,

As part of our academic requirement, we are currently conducting a study about the Libreng Sakay program.

In line with this, I would like to request information that could stipulate further the details of OVP's partnership with DOTr regarding the Peak Hours Augmentation Bus Service (PHABS)- Libreng Sakay project. 

The details that I am looking for are related to its operational setup, including but not limited to the official documents pertaining to the partnership of the OVP and DOTr and the budget spent to keep the bus operations active.
