Greetings!

I would like to get the full details of Congressman "Bolet" Banal's roles to our Vice President "Leni" Robredo from the 1st of July 2016 up to 1st of July 2017.

Apparently, he's been seeing with her for most of the time wherever she goes and there's already a lot of rumours coming out of his affairs with our Vice President.

I need not to know the details of his affairs with her, but, I would like to understand why a Congressman of 3rd District of Quezon City are always with her.
