Magandang umaga, Ako po si Febbielyn M Landito lumalapit sa inyong tanggapan upang makahingi ng tulong sa aking Kidney Transplant sa NKTI. Hindi po kc nmn kakayanin ang mga gastusin sa pagpapatransplant. Gustong gusto ko po matransplant para po maging normal po ulit ang aking pamumuhay at mas matulungan ko ang aking magulang naaawa na po kc aq sa kanila wlaang tigil sa pagaaruga sa aqn. May Donor na po aq transplant na lang po ang kailangan at mga laboratory. Sana po isa ang pamilya q sa matulungan po ninyo.Salamat po Godbless!
