Magandang araw po, ako po ay lumalapit sa inyo upang matulungan po ang aking nanay na nag gagamot sa sakit na Breast Cancer Stage IIB. Siya po ay pitong taon ng nag gagamot para sa sakit na ito. Humihingi po ako ng tulong pinansyal upang makapagdagdag ng pambili ng gamot dahil mahal po ang mga ito. Maraming salamat po.
