Maaari po ba kaming lumapit ng financial assistance para sa hospital bills ng pinsan ko sa Metro South Medical Center dito po sa Molino4 Bacoor Cavite. Hindi na po namin makayanang bayaran ang bill ng pinsan ko sa hospital. Naisugod po namin sya sa pinakamalapit na hospital dahil macocollapse na po sya at hirap huminga at buntis po sya noong October 12, 2023 at nung October 22 po ay namatay na po sya. Sana po ay matulungan nyo po kami. Mayroon na po kaming mga documents gaya ng clinical abstract, updated/final hospital bill, social case study, barangay clearance, certificate of indigency.

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3).
