Hello po sana mapansin ang message ko. Gusto ko po sana humingi ng tulong sa medical assistant ng tatay ko para sa tuluyan niyang pg galing. Naka labas na po siya kaso lang po dipo na check up puso niya. Para sana maka sigurado kami papa 2d echo po sana namin siya kaso wala po kaming budget. Apat po kaming magkakapatid at nagaaral lahat po at ako lang po nag papaaral sakanila kaya kulang na kulang po ang kita ko. Sana po matulungan niyo kami maraming salamat po.
