Hi, I would like to request a copy of this SARO with SARO # SARO-BMB-22-0012004  to identify the legal basis for this expenditure as part of news coverage.

I am not interested in where the fund was spent. I would welcome any document or record showing the legal basis for this expenditure, identifying which laws were invoked and an explanation of how it was invoked by which office.  I also would like to know if it was charged to the Contingent Fund and why it was charged there.

To be clear, I want a copy of the actual document, not a link to the listing of the document on the DBM website. I want a copy of the actual document or any document to show the legal basis  and circumstances for the release.
