Hi sir/maam and to our honorable Vice President , baka pwede po ako lumapit sa inyong opisina bagamat madame pong tinutulungan ang inyong tanggapan sa panahon ngayon . Ang Girlfriend kopo kasi ay nakaconfine sa New Era General Hospital mag 3weeks napo batid po namin na ito ay pribadong hospital kaso wala po kaming choice dahil wala pong public na tumatanggap ngayon. Ang sakit po niya ay Lupus. Nagtanong tanong po kami at nasabe po nila na ang inyong butihing tanggapan lamang ang may pondo sa knilang ospital kung kaya po ako po ay nagbabakasakali na makalapit sa inyo sa kahit anung tulong.
