Magandang Araw po!

Ako po si Raquel Jacinto Vicente, residente ng Loma de Gato, Marilao, Bulacan. Ako po ay pasyente ng QualiMed Hospital ng San Jose del Monte, Bulacan na may Breast Cancer at kasalukuyang nagke-chemotherapy.

Humihingi po sana ako ng tulong sa inyo  para mapagpatuloy ko pa ang aking gamutan dahil ito'y may kamahalan at wala po akong sapat na pantustos dito.

Sana'y matulungan niyo po ako. Maraming Salamat po!
