magandang tanghali po maam VP Leni,mag follow up po sana ako para sa medical assistance ng father ko.Nagpasa po kami sa head office sa may quezon avenue ng mga requirements un sa may drop box,hanggang ngayon po kasi nakaconfine pa rin ung father ko..Nung Oct.6,2020 pa po kami nagpasa ng requirements..Rolando L.Eugenio po ang pangalan ng pasyente..Maam VP Leni nagmamakaawa po ako na sana po tulungan ninyo po kaming makalabas ng ospital..Maraming salamat po..
