Hi, i would like to request for investigation and stopping scams using Whatsapp & Viber apps for doing Lazada Tasks to gain commission. I have sent GCash payments to the Lazada merchants and i was told by the Task Admin that the payment will be refunded to me plus 40% commission. The Task Admin in Whatsapp said that there were system errors and that i needed to complete additional tasks. I have made 4 GCash payments with a total of Php113k, and there was no refund given, even if i told the Task Admin that i badly need the refund and that i no longer need the 40% commission. Thank you.
