Hello, good day! I'm Dale Clenth Tanilon 21yrs old from Tayasan, Negros Oriental requesting for Medicine assistance for my grandmother Nydia Fausto Patoc 82 years old admitted in the SUMCIF last July 14, 2022 and discharged last August 3, 2022 and the medication is still going on and we have no enough money to buy medicines for her recovery. 
I am hoping for you positive response on this request.
