Dear Office of the Vice President and staff,
Good evening! I am writing in behalf of our friend. We received a message from a friend concerning to our co - volunteers's hometown in Baybay, Leyte hit by Typhoon Agaton. Their place is currently flood and not passable. Hope your office could send an immediate emergency response to their province and help our fellow volunteers and the families affected by the typhoon.
