Magandang araw po Honorable VP Leni,
Ako po si John Carlo idaosos, nakatira sa Anilao Lipa City Batangas, lumalapit po kami sa inyong pamilya para makahingi ng tulong sa aking Mama na kasalukuyang nasa hospital po. Sa ngayon po ay sya ay nasa ICU pa po. Sobrang laki na po ng Bill namin sa hospital nasa 400lk na po ito hindi pa kasama ang bayad sa mga doctor. at hindi na po namin agad matugunan ang panga ngailangan. Sa isang araw po ay halos gumagastos po kami ng 3k to 5k para sa mga vial at antibiotic na kailangan kasi hindi available sa loob ng hospital.
