Magandang hapon po Honorable Vice President Leni Robredo. Ako po si Jelvie Alferez, taga-Imus Cavite, ay lumalapit sa inyong opisina upang makahingi ng financial assistance.. Ang mister ko po ay naospital at ang final diagnosis ay Acute Respiratory Failure secondary to Community Acquired Pneumonia at Hypertension Stage II. Ang amin pong hospital bill ay Php 460,210.23. Ako po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa maibibigay ninyong tulong sa aming pamilya. Pagpalain po kayo ng ating Panginoon at ang inyong mga mahal sa buhay. Maraming salamat po.
