Request for medical subsidy for son born with a rare heart disease

Fernandez 11:25 PM, Dec 15, 2021

Good day,

I would like to request for medical subsidy for my child who was born with a rare form of heart disease (double outlet right ventricle with ventricular inversion, pulmonary stenosis, and ventricular septal defect), causing his birth oxygen saturation to hover at 60-70% (Normal people are at 100%), and post surgery is currently around 70-85%.

We need help at the moment to fund his daily medication, and quarterly tests, also so we can save up money for an upcoming 2nd surgery when he reaches 15 kilograms.

Thank you, and I greatly appreciate this initiative,
Lloyd Fernandez
