I Ramson F. Puddong from LIPA, BATANGAS would like to request for financial assistance since I am about to start my 2nd time quarantine today. My family was just done for our 1st quarantine from September 9-30. But took my swab on September 30, 2021 and it was positive again.

Please po, iconsider niyo po sana ang request ko para sa family.
