Magandang araw!
Ako po ay humihingi sa inyong ahensya ng tulong para sa aking anak na tatlong taong gulang naoperahan sa appendix at nagkaroon ng kumplikasyon gaya ng pneumonia, peritonitis at scrotal edema. Mahigit isang buwan na po syang nasa ospital. Sobrang laki po ng aming hospitalization bill, wala po kaming kakayahan na magbayad ng ganun halaga dahil kami po mahirap lamang. Humihingi po ako ng tulong sa inyo na at umaasa na kami po sana ay inyong matulungan para makauwi na ang aking anak. Maraming salamat po!
