Hi im Charlie Sy Bulfango,50 y/o,ExOFWnurse po sa Oman unfortunately po Feb.14,2020 araw ng pagbalik ko sa Oman ay nag Faint po ako at nadiagnosed na may Congestive Heart Disease,Ischemic Heart Disease,HapN at DM type II kung kayat ako po ay nagsusumano sa inyo mahal naming VP Inday Sarah na matulungan nyopo ako sa suliranin kong ito .na matustusan kopo ang mamahaling mga maintenance meds,laboratory at medical test at follow up Check up...naway mabigyan nyopo ako ng tulong mahal naming VP...salamat po
