Hai gud pm sir ND ma'am ,hingi Sana ako Ng tulong Isa po akong dialysis patient , single Mum may Isang anak , Wala na po akong trabaho buhat sa akong kalagayan , Kaya andito ako Humihingi Ng tulong financially ,twice a week Kasi Yong dialysis ko ,at yng kapatid kulang nag gastos sa akin Kasi Wala po akong Asawa ,,
