Ako po si Mrs Ellen B Yaneza, 54 taong gulang, nakatira sa 3061 Int 11, Cordillera St Bacood Sta Mesa Manila, Ako po ay kumakatok sa inyong puso at lakas loob na lumalapit sainyong tanggapan at humihingi ng kaunting tulong "Financial Asistance" para po sa aking karamdaman na "RHUMATOID ATHIRITIS", Isa po akong "PWD" at aking asawa ay isa rin pong "PWD". May isa po akong anak na nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa pandemniya tanging maliit na tindahan ang tanging aming pinag kukunan sa pang araw araw na gastusin pinagugutang lang po namin
