Hello Good Afternoon I would like to make a request on how, when and where  can I get financial assistance for my Online Class and household budget because our family was affected by the pandemic Me and my mom are living together and my mother is the only who is supporting me and we are having a difficult moment because of the Coronavirus Pandemic and we are asking for financial help to cope up with the challenging times I am John Philippe Belen I am 19 years and I am currently in Senior High School in Grade 12 taking ABM I am from Quezon City and My mom works in a bank and her salary was cut
