Good morning madam vp, humihingi po ako ng tulong pinansyal para sa aking amang nagddialysis ngayon sa Manila Doctors. Palaki napo ng palaki ang bill nya dahilan para hnd sya makalabas ng hospital wala po kaming ibang malapitan. 
May mga requirements pong akong hawak para ipakita sainyo na nagsasabi po ako ng totoo. 
Patient: Ferdinand B. Miraña taga Siruma Camarines Sur pero nandito po kami sa Taguig ngayon.
