I would like to humbly ask your Good Office for financial assistance to subsidize the 2nd kidney transplant of my husband at the NKTI this September 2021. Unfortunately, the Philhealth Z Package does not cover 2nd transplants (which is disappointing). My husband had his first KT in 2014 but due to uncontrolled diabetes & hypertension, his kidney failed again middle of last year and has been on Peritoneal DIalysis for over a year now. The pandemic has affected our employment having been subject to forced leaves (pay cuts). Hoping & praying for your consideration and support. Thank you.
