Hi po, nais ko po sanang humingi ng tulong para sa bayarin po ng hospital bill ng tatay ko. Siya po ay nag undergo ng Urgent Coronary Bypass Artery Grafting sa Chinese General Hospital. Ang tatay ko po ay isa ng Senior Citizen (65 years old) at wala pong hanapbuhay. Ako po ay ulila na sa ina at wala pong kapatid, isa po akong contractual nurse na assign sa RHU- Lagonoy, Camarines Sur.
Sana po ay matulungan nya po kmi. Handa rin po akong isumite and Certificate of Indigency, Bill galing hospital, at Case Study po.
