Hi. I would like to ask on behalf of my relative, what are the requirements we need to provide in requesting medical assistance from Office of the Vice President as my father in law need to undergo Pet CT Scan with contrast as he was diagnosed having B-cell Lymphoma. As a cancer patient and a senior citizen that has no means, were incapable to afford the cost for the procedure to find out the right treatment for his illness.

Hope you could help us. Thank you.
