Hi! Good Day. I was diagnosed with Acute Kidney Injury stage 3 secondary to Lupus Nephritis. I am currently undergoing hemodialysis 3x a week and a lot of maintenance medicines I would like to request for any medical assistance from your office. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3).
